So, "B" and I had a GREAT TIME today trying out 2 new recipes- they were both deeelicious! One of my favorite things in the world is Spinach artichoke dip. I like the fake from the store, the kind from Chili's and some of the best I've ever had is from Houston's until we found this recipe! It's very fresh and not loaded up with mayo like most.
"B" found this recipe online and modified it a little, like he always does- Here is the link to the recipe..

We also made Shepard's Pie. We tried to go light on the potatoes , so it was not as creamy and potatoey (if that's a word) that we've had in the past, but still was very tasty.

To top it off we had banana pudding for dessert! What a great way to start my Spring Break- good food!!! :)
"B" is not on Spring Break :(- he's wondering why, not??!!!! He will be on a jet plane to DC @ 5AM in the morning...so sad :(
