Sent Plain and Clear
I know it's said that God sends signs and answers us in ALL DIFFERENT WAYS and I have to share something that happened today.
The past few months of my life I have been praying, talking, studying, seeking advice and whatever else you can think about over these 3 things- 1.)should I start a 2nd life-term insurance policy through my Alumni Association..what the heck it's only like $11 a month..(that would be just like cutting back 2 trips to Starbucks), 2.) Should I take advantage of the housing market?? Take the plunge and buy now or wait for it to get worse??, 3.) My internal clock is ticking- should I stay with the guy that I am with now until he makes up his mind if I am the one? or make up my mind to try out other options?
oh, and let me mention that say that 80% percent of your married life happiness depends on your partners!! huh?? how is that fair.
ANYWAY..HERE IS WHERE I AM GOING WITH THIS...
I went to the mail box today, grabbed the mail, and was pissed because the mailman had stuck everything inside my new Oprah magazine. When I went to grab the things inside is when I noticed the article that was titled something like ...We have everything figured out for you..it was like 15 life questions. The above 3 questions that I mentioned were right there in front of me with answers. Now, not that I will follow them completely or anything, but it was so touching.
I always ask him to please send me signs and I will try to remain patient in the mean time..
He sent his sign today..and it was wonderful!!

You know what's funny- I have been asking myself some of those same questions lately and hoping to hear/see/know some sign from God. But only recently did I come to realize that for as many times as I talk to God, I rarely remain patient enough to wait for a response. I just turned 30 this year so maybe this realization of sorts comes with age. So now that I know I need to actually wait for the response I pray for (similar to actually going to a gym I join to see results...fancy how that works!), I feel His response in signs all the time. My next big step is to actually trust and act. Change is hard sometimes for me. Good luck with your big decisions!!
Those are tough issues.
I hope that the signs that you want have come and that the questions you are seeking answers to are to your liking.
God has done so many things like that for me recently. It's marvelous!

Well, I agree that He was sending you a sign. Isn't it funny/amazing how these things are sometimes just given to us, out of nowhere?
Yes, you're grappling with big issues. But I believe you'll be shown the answers when the time is right. Oh, patience - I wish I had it. But God gives us the right path at the right time. Keep being prayerful - it will all come to you.
